With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mable Louise Tardo (Chalmette, Louisiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 4, 2025 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her husband Laverne "Mickey" James Tardo; her parents, John Frazier and Francis Marie Frazier; and her siblings, Johnnie Mae Kemp, Alton Frazier, Harold Frazier and Paul Frazier.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Fos (Bert), Ron Tardo and Brian Tardo; her grandchildren, Nicholas (Alex), Elisha (Ricky), Jordan, Nicole and Logan; her great grandchildren, Giovanni, Angelo and Miley; and her siblings, Fay Gottlieb (Richard) and Kathy Silva (George). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home (701 W Virtue St, Chalmette, LA 70043). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
