She is survived by: her spouse Chris Perez; her daughters, Michelle Tolbert (Donaldvan) and Danielle Perez (Johnathan Perry); her mother Nelda Bentel; her brothers, Joey Bentel (Donna), Dennis Bentel (Margaret) and Kevin Bentel; and her grandchildren, Olivia, Whitley Tolbert and Hayzel Perry. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear neighbors.
