She was predeceased by: her husbands, Joseph "Johnny" Mangano Sr. and Vincent Tozel; her parents, Ethel Sheets and Clarence Sheets; and her sisters, Peggy Sheets and Janet Sheets.

She is survived by: her children, Cindi Vessell, Sandy Tozel and Wendy Musso; her siblings, Mitzie Sheets, Jimmy Sheets, Jocky Sheets and Warren Sheets; her grandsons, Shane Moran, Randy Mackles and Logan Musso; and her great grandchildren, Paisley Moran and Carson Moran. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home (701 W Virtue St, Chalmette, LA 70043). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Libby's.
