She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Blum, Sr. (Al). She is survived by: her children, Albert Blum (David), Gary Blum (Chris), Kenneth Blum (Michele), Cynthia Murphy and Pamela Mercier; and her grandchildren, Melinda Hall (Rusty), Michelle Uplinger (Dean), Aaron, Adam (Amanda), Gregory, Jeffrey (Kristi), Valerie (Tiffany), Kaitlyn (Lance), Kevin Blum (Natalie), Lance, Jr. (Kristina), Ryan Mercier (Audrey) and Jason Swindler. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Leona (Kay) Phillips Blum died peacefully after a long battle with Alzheimer's, on Monday, June 7, 2018, at the age of 86.
