He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Frazier and Patricia Frazier; and his sisters, Beth Frazier and Cindy Bradley (Alan). He is survived by: his spouse Sharon Faust Frazier; his sons, Lenny (Lauren), Lance (Mollie) and Cory; his grandchildren, Victoria, Jean, Brynn, Lenny, Sadie, Jude, Lauralye, Cory and Beau; and his siblings, Leslie Thibodeaux (Buzzy), Freddy Frazier (Amy) and Scott Frazier (Sue). He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
