It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Leo Oster (Chalmette, Louisiana), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on January 5, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Oster and Marie Oster; and his siblings, Roger Oster and Laura O'Halloran (Mick). He is survived by: his spouse Dolores Janneck Oster; his children, Julie (Joseph E. Michalik, MD), Paulette (Captain J. V. Gale), Claudette (Karen Wetzel) and Lawrence Anthony Oster (Jeannette); his grandchildren, Anthony Oster (Jennifer), Alina (Chris Carlin), Atrisha Oster and Vanessa L. Gale; and his great grandchildren, Billy Aguillard III, Leia Aguillard, Robin Oster, Isabella Carlin, Lahna Carlin, Tristan Wilson, Adrian Wilson, Alexah Oster and Rosalie Bell.
