He is survived by: his mother Fay Francioni Chaplain; and his siblings, Belinda Chaplain, Alan Chaplain, Sharon Grogan (Donald), Agnes Buffone (Tony), Derek Chaplain Sr. (Debra) and Eric Chaplain. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
