He is survived by: his wife Stephanie "Stevie" Matherne Vogt; his children, Kenneth S. Vogt, Jr. (Leigh Anne) and Amy Vogt Steib (Devin); his grandchildren, Kenneth "Trey" Vogt, III, Mary-Kate Vogt and Allister Steib; his brother Stanton P. Vogt, III; his siblings-in-law, Carla Kittrell (Ronnie), Marvin Matherne, Jr. (Leila), Shelly Sehlinger (Lonnie) and Alison Ellis (Greg); his goddaughter Sarah Martin; and his nieces and nephews, Caitlyn Saylor, Megan Kittrell, Cody Matherne, Troy Sehlinger and Ashley Ellis.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church (2320 Paris Rd, Chalmette, LA 70043). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Bernard Memorial Gardens (701 W Virtue St, Chalmette, LA 70043).
