She was predeceased by: her sons, Gregory Ruiz and Kenneth Mizzelle; her grandchild Ryan McGoey; her sibling Raf Patrick; her former husband Norman J. Ruiz; her husband Max M. Mizzelle; and her parents, Cora Tisdale Patrick and Homer Patrick.
She is survived by: her child Stephenie Ruiz McGoey (Brian Cameron); her grandchildren, Colin J. McGoey, Shawn Moldenhauer (Clint), Reshelle Marino (Joe) and Aaron Ruiz (Allison); her great grandchildren, Jordan, Blaise, Stella, Angelina, Joseph, Anthony and Iris Mae; her sister Lucille Norval; and her nieces and nephews, Sharon, Cindy, Richard, Phillip, Keith and Louis. She is also survived by many other relatives and her dear friends.
