She is survived by: her husband Herman V. Acosta Jr.; her sons, Keith, Eric and Boyd Acosta; her extended family, Brenda G. Acosta, Robin D. Acosta and Karen Cook; her siblings, Danny Acosta, Lanny Acosta and Judy Acosta Martinez; and her grandchildren, Keith Dash Acosta, Brad C. Acosta, Romeo Giovani, Ryan Acosta, Tina Acosta, Alyssa Acosta, Luke Acosta and Myleah Acosta. She is also survived by her 10 Great Grandchildren.
