She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Gisevius and Hilda Favaloro Gisevius; and her father-in-law Gerard Hebert, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Gerard "Jay" Hebert, Jr.; her children, Lance Hebert and Linsey Hebert Michael (Alec); her mother-in-law Catherine Vicari Hebert; her siblings, Gayle Favaza (Norman), Barbara Aiola (Russell) and Michael Gisevius (Penny); and her siblings-in-law, Jodie Woodruff (Jack) and Jeffrey Hebert (Catherine). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
