She was predeceased by: her husband Gerard James "Jerry" Hebert, Sr.; her parents, John Richard Vicari, Sr. and Corinne George Vicari; her siblings, Shermaine "Sherry" Vicari Grunberg (Ronnie) and John Richard Vicari, Jr. (Kathy); her son Gerard James "Jay" Hebert, Jr. (Cindy Gisevius Hebert); her daughter-in-law Kim Bordelon Hebert; and her great grandchild Blake.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lance, Linsey (Alec), Michael, Jack, Jr. (Andrea), Jaice, Jeffrey, Jr., Monique (Joe), Jerry, Cali (Alex) and Mark. She is also survived by grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
