He is survived by: his wife Lisa Melerine; his sons, Sebastian Melerine IV (Stephanie), Joseph Melerine, Justin Melerine (Hillari) and Christopher Reveal (Danhia); his mother Delores Balbon; and his siblings, Nelson Balbon (Shirley), Susan Bigtig (Dexter), Felicidad Balbon (Andy), Florencia Corne (Clayton), Annette Dayot, Danny Dayot (Linda) and Michelle Hiller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and all of his friends.
