She was predeceased by: her son Keith Childress; her parents, Jack Cunningham and Hellen Branch Cunningham; and her sister Carolyn Cunningham. She is survived by: her children, Johnny Childress (Linda Turley) and Tammy Childress Ward (Randy); and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Kristi, Amanda, Hannah, Bree-Anna, Kayla, Jessica and Ashley.
