Roderick Kidder Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2025, at the age of 76, Roderick Kidder of Cecilia, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Roderick farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Roderick is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Margaret Landry Kidder; and his parents, Wilson Kidder and Georgie Stelly Kidder. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Desoto Kidder; his daughters, Rachael Kidder and Renaye Delino (David); his grandchild Tristan Arnaud; and his sister Cheryl Collins (John).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pellerin Funeral Home - Cecilia (2238 Bushville Hwy, Arnaudville, LA 70512). A rosary was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
