He is survived by: his wife Priscilla; his children, Harold Ames (D'Autrice) of Shreveport, LA, Joseph Ames (Mary) of Breaux Bridge, LA, Lawrence Ames of Breaux Bridge, LA, Leroy Ames, Jr. (Karen) of Lafayette, LA, Elliot Baltazar of Cecilia, LA., Judy Ames of Breaux Bridge, LA, JoAnne Ames of Breaux Bridge, LA, Stacey Cluse (Curtis) of Parks, LA, Tanya Baltazar of Cecilia, LA and Amy Fuselier (Ronald) of Lafayette, LA.; and his brothers, Henry Ames of Houston, TX and Wallace Ames of Cecilia, LA. He is also survived by five sons and six daughters.
