She is survived by: her husband Lennis Phillips, Jr.; her son Leland James Phillips; her mother Georgie LeBlanc Batiste; her brothers, Earl Noel (Lula), Linton Noel (Lorena), David Noel (Laura), Napoleon Noel, Jr. (Renee) and Ernest Noel (Gloria); her stepsiblings, Bernadine Noel (Joseph) and Ronald Batiste (Michelle); her mother-in-law Oriska J. Phillips; her siblings-in-law, Lawrence Phillips (Winola), Leroy Phillips (Angelica), Betty Fontenette (Nolan), Judy Phillips (Victor), Mona Phillips-James (Eric) and Malone LeBlanc (Marcus); and her godchildren, Raylon Castille, Kendall Journet, Latasha Batiste, Kendre Batiste and Willie Noel, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
