He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita Baudoin Lemaire; his parents, Mayo Lemaire and Yvonne Marceaux Lemaire; his siblings, Jeanne Touchet (Doc), Hazel Clark (Murphy), Daniel Lemaire, Dallas Lemaire and Leroy Lemaire (Flo); and his parents-in-law, Gladu and Felicia Baudoin.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Lemaire (Bridgette), Yvonne Trahan, Annette Havard (Donald), Margaret Guidry (Cuz) and Jeanne Fontenot (Autry); his brother Roland Lemaire (Virgie); and his grandchildren, Michael Trahan, Jr. (Katie), Lindsey Sassau (Corey), Joshua Trahan (Michael), Donnie Havard, Karly Guidry, Kelli Lalonde (Derek), Miranda Breaux, Paul Breaux, III, Kasey Lemaire (Austin), Cameron Lemaire (Landon), Nicholas Fontenot, Alexander Fontenot, Meredith Baudoin (Kenny) and Crystal Breaux. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
