She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph "Samuel" Central Richard and Marie Clothilde Doucet; and her siblings, Irving Richard, Rogers Richard, James Richard, Herbert Richard, Doris Barras, Ethel Mary Lewis and Mary Virginia Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Perry Richard (Aime, Kristopher Richard), James Arceneaux (Bertha), Pearla Watson (Aaron, Taffy Arceneaux) and Ashley Celestine (Lucas); her grandchildren, Charles Edward Rutley, II, James Francis, Ryan Perry Watson, Cameron Elijah Watson, Megan Richard, Kyra Sam, Tavon Sam, Tegon Sam and Kiala Richard; and her great grandchild Charles Edward Rutley, III. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
