Anita Blanchard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anita Blanchard of Cecilia, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 7, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Blanchard; her parents, Abel Zeringue and Jeanne Schexnayder Zeringue; and her siblings, Anthony Zeringue, Roy Zeringue and Rose May Dupuis.
She is survived by: her sons, Dexter Blanchard, Lynn Blanchard, Dean Blanchard and Jude Blanchard; and her sister Betty Pronnake. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Pellerin Funeral Home - Cecilia (2238 Bushville Hwy, Arnaudville, LA 70512). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at the St. Bernard Cemetery No. (204 N Main St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517).
