He was predeceased by: his parents, Welton Cloud and Eva Cloud; his children, April Cloud and Britt Cloud; and his siblings, Carolyn Cloud, Brenda Latour and Gilbert Cloud.
He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Jo Cloud of Marshall, MO; his brother Wendall Cloud of Haughton, LA; his grandchildren, Brianne Cloud, Jeremiah Cloud, Abigail Cloud, Ellison Kruell and Dakota Emerson; his great grandchild Blakelynn Cloud; and his cousin Geraldine Bumgardner (David) of Jamestown, LA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
