He is survived by: his wife Wanda Upshaw Hay; his sons, Clay Hay (Brandi) of Lago Vista, TX and Van Hay of Castor, LA; his grandchildren, Dale, Jacob, Josh, Daisy of Minden, LA, Case Hay (Arianna) of Sarepta, LA, Savannah Hay of Shreveport, Courtney Hay of Lago Vista, TX and Nolan Rogers of Durango, CO; his great grandchildren, Wesley and Wade Hay of Lago Vista, TX; and his sister Rebecca Donelly (Mike). He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as a number of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
