He was predeceased by: his parent Mainie Warren; his daughter Alenda Kristine Warren; and his siblings, O'Quin Warren, Merline Warren, Bobby Woodard, Willie Hester Anderson, Betty Jean Griffith, Josephine Rigdon, Bonnie Harrison, Joy Gilcrease, La Naye Schmitt, Ray Warren and Kenneth Lynn Warren.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristi; his wife Alenda Ham Warren; his children, Kyle Warren (Wanda) and Karen Longino (Michael); his grandchildren, Nicole Warren, Blaine Warren and Tori Morgan (Austin); his great grandchildren, Steele, Tristan Neitte (Grace Penrod) and Dillon Longino; his adoptive children, Joey Ham and Jenny King; his sisters-in-law, Beverly Ham and Rose Minion; and his siblings, Nathan Warren and Joyce Williams.
