She was predeceased by: her husband Laurence Melvin Perry; her children, Ruth Annette Perry, Daniel Wayne Perry and Carl Laverne Perry; her grandsons, Craig and Clayton Perry; her great grandchild Alex Williams; and her siblings, Doris Poppell, Edna Richards and Ron Cummins.
She is survived by: her children, Shelly Bradley (Scott) of Castor, LA and Creighton Perry (Karen) of Sibley, LA; her grandchildren, Harper Perry, Randall Bradley, Shawn Bradley, Sasha Bradley Toms (Russ), Dawnel Zoglmann (Kenny), Kimberly Case (Greg), Cole Perry (Alicia), Graham Perry (Charli), Chandler Perry (Caroline), Caroline Elizabeth Perry, Daniel Gillmore, Perry Gillmore, Tempra Darnell, Heather Williams (Bradley) and Tanner Perry; and her siblings, Lou Ann Yarnell, Ruby Griffiths and Ray Sjorlund (Faye).
