She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Cheatwood and Dossie Cheatwood (Caskey); and her father-in-law Harris Collinsworth. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Collinsworth of Castor; her children, Mavis Walker (Clint) of Black Lake, Nathan Collinsworth (Lisa) of Castor and Minnie Crawford (Kevin) of Lucky; and her grandchildren, KayCee Collinsworth (Hunter Morris), Paige Pullig (Martin Pullig), Klay Zumwalt, Karah Zumwalt, Kenton Lee Crawford, Kamryn Zumwalt, Ambree Collinsworth, Colt Collinsworth and Hunter Morris.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to The National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
