He was predeceased by: his parents, John Temple and Evie Temple; his wife Tody Temple; his daughter Jennifer Lester; his grandson Bubba Wallace; and his siblings, Elmer Temple, Lillian Poole, John "Bozie" Temple, Martha Ann Reeves, Juanita Nailes and Terry Lynn Temple.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shelly Temple of Ringgold, LA and Kelly Wallace (Bruce) of Castor, LA; his grandchildren, DeeDee Bounds (Wade), Tiffany Short (Thomas), Dusty Bounds (Alan), Jessica Joyner (Jeremiah) and Caitlyn Gay; and his siblings, Harvey Dale Temple (Janette) of Jamestown, LA, Ila Faye Webb of Maryland and Verna Mae Leshe of Ringgold, LA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
