He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Pail Ernest and Ethel Mae Williams (Pooler) of Carville, LA.; and his brothers, Rev. Henry Williams and Lawrence Williams. He is survived by: his children, Kristain Carter Dixion (Gregory) of Houston, TX. and Tremayne Carter (Astria) of Fresno, TX.; his grandchildren, Makayla, Dakota, Gianna Dixion, Tremayne Jr., Landon and Corban Carter; his sisters, Audrey Williams, Olivia "Sweetie" Luckett, Andestine "Teen" Williams, Evelyn Turner, Irene Newman and Annie Bell Mcgee; and his godchildren, Ronald Alexander, Regina Dominique and Oneal Scott Jr..
