He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Mitchell; his grandparents, Wallace, Oliva Leblanc, Ivory and Anette Mitchell; and his cousins, Roy and Chuckie Leblanc.
He is survived by: his children, Akeem Mitchell, Jalynn Mitchell, Trendon Gray, MyKalynn Mitchell and Ja'Nya Mitchell; his mother Marie Mitchell; and his siblings, Jackie Leblanc, Jenny Mitchell, Angela Mitchell and Tracey Mitchell. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends.
Later, he joined Go Ye Foundation by Apostle Angle S. Nicholas Joseph.
