He is survived by: his grandchildren, Gabriela and Gabriel; his wife Dolores Payne; his children, Lisa Payne-Grice (Nolan Grice) of The Woodlands, Rachel Payne-Brown (Andrew Brown, III) of Houston, TX, Dwight Payne of Baton Rouge, LA and Shawn Payne of Carencro, LA; his grandchildren, Michaela Richard (Alexander Richard) of Spring, TX, Sydney McClelland (Christopher McClelland "Superman") of Houston, TX and Shanea Payne of Carencro, LA; and his brothers, Wilven Payne (Carolyn Payne) of Hillburn, NY and Leon Payne (Dianna Payne) of Opelousas, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives friends.
