He is survived by: his children, Todd Arceneaux (Latasha) of Carencro, Victor Arceneaux of Carencro, Harold Lee Carter (Priscilla) of Carencro, Damian Rubin of Carencro, Jerome Pierre of Houston, TX, Rakaela Clement (Gabriel) of Kaplan, Lashyra Arceneaux of Carencro, Bethany Arceneaux of Carencro, Amica Arceneaux of Carencro, Crystal Rubin of Carencro, Anita Carter of Carencro and Sheila Crowder of Lafayette. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
