She is survived by: her husband Phillip Crunkleton of Carencro; her mother Joyce Ann West; her children, Dalton Lee Crunkleton, Garrett Jed Crunkleton and Rainee Roark of Carencro; and her siblings, David Wetzel of Kansas, OK, Shane Roark of Jay, Raymond Sanford of Jay, OK, Caleb West of Carencro, Mesha Sanford of Jay, OK., Tia Sanford of Jay, OK. and Lee West of Jay, OK..
