He is survived by: his wife Melanie Meyer Soileau of Ville Platte; his daughters, Nicole (Kenneth) of Lafayette and Brittany (Nestor) of Temple, Texas; his grandchildren, Alexis, Kaylie, Bethani Granger, Brayden and Addalynn Marin; and his siblings, Laura Prejean of Arkansas and Paul Fontenot of Redell, LA..
