He is survived by: his parents, Emery Lee Francis, Jr. and Kaila Strother Francis; his sister Vada Francis; his grandparents, Emery Lee Francis, Sr. of Carencro, Alexandra Francis of Carencro, James and Sherrie Strother of Oakdale; his aunts and uncles, Chevanne Francis (Carolyn) of Alexandria, Zachary Strother (Leah) of Youngsville and Shelby Strother of Lake Jackson, TX; and his cousins, Wren of Youngsville and Rowan Strother of Youngsville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in the name of Sullivan Emil Francis be made to Maddie's Footprints (234 Rue Beauregard, Suite 201 Lafayette, LA 70508).
