She was predeceased by: her former husband Sam Maurice Prejean; her husband Herman Boss; her parents, Raoul Guidry and Alzire Theriot; and her siblings, Ulysse (Guidry), Francis Guidry, Roy J. Guidry, Mary Lou Guidry Broussard and Elaine Guidry Richard.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayde James Prejean (Annette) of Kingwood, TX and Mark Allen Prejean (Bonnie) of Carencro; her grandchildren, Kelli Prejean Koch (Charles), Shanna Prejean Jayne (Josh), Duane Prejean and Daniel Prejean (Jessi); her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Carson, Connor Koch, Justin, Jordan, Jackson Jayne, Anastasia, D. J. Prejean and Aliahna Mulheron; and her sister Audrey Guidry Smith (Calvin).
