With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Simpson of Carencro, Louisiana, born in Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on June 1, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Floyd L. Simpson; his brothers, Steven and David Simpson; his stepson Matthew Barnes; and his granddaughter Nina Markham.
He is survived by: his mother Lucy Todd Simpson (John); his wife Linda Manning Simpson; his son Marcus (Angelle) of Grand Prairie; his stepdaughter Anita Richard (Kevin); and his brother John Simpson (Christina) of Fort Pierce, FL. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
