He is survived by: his wife Debra Hebert Noel of Carencro; his sons, David Lee Noel of Carencro and Timmy Noel of Lafayette; his stepson Jason Deckard Noel (Amanda) of Carencro; his daughters, Tammy Noel Gibson (Richard, Lisa Noel) of Mississippi and Gayle Noel of Lake Charles; and his brothers, Roland Noel (Sandy, Harry Noel) of Carencro, Larry Noel of Carencro and Donald Noel of Church Point.
