He is survived by: his children, Brandon Mier (Krista) of Covington and Tasha Rene Mier (Brandon Stein) of Covington; his stepchildren, Lance O'steen and Emily Weir Courville (Charlie) of Sunset; his grandchildren, Taylor Lacoste, Blayne Lacoste, Emma Mier, Caroline Mier, Tucker Mier, Sawyer Mier, Bryan O'Steen, Alexcis O'Steen, Isabella O'Steen, Bailey Butterworth, Kendall Spaulding, Bryleigh Butterworth, Charles Butterworth, Grace Butterworth, Charly Courville, Carter Courville, Kyle Courville, Tyler O'Steen, Kaine O'Steen, Harlie Menard and Macie Mier; his great grandchildren, Emberlynn O'Steen and Braxton O'Steen Jettson Stelly; and his sisters, Mickey Richard of Baton Rouge, Michelle Mier of Baton Rouge and Jodi Nunez Landry.
