He was predeceased by: his wife Beulah Stelly; his parents, Frank Stelly and Mattie Guidroz; and his siblings, Sam Stelly, Maude Guidry and Lula Domingue.
He is survived by: his children, Cecile Stelly (Ron Keddy), Donald Stelly (Shirlene) of Carencro and Randy Stelly (Jeanette) of Carencro; and his grandchildren, Kim Wiltz (Cheryl), Tina Wiltz Clause (Keith), Danny Wiltz, Steve Wiltz (Denaye), Sarah Stelly, Dana Stelly, Jason Stelly (Renee), Mark Stelly and Carl Stelly (Laura). He is also survived by great grandchildren; and seven great-great grandchildren.
