He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustin Guilbeau and Lydia Broussard Guilbeau; his wife Sadie Marie Courvelle Guilbeau of Cankton; his siblings, Viateur (Guilbeau), Raoul "Choon" Guilbeau, Solange "Susu" G. Hernandez, Laurence "LoLo" Trahan and Irene G.; and his grandmothers, Latour, Winnie "Win" Dupuis and Amy.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Marie G. Parks; and his grandson Frank Parks, IV (Frankie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and an abundance of adopted children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
