He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Noel and Rita Noel; and his sister Rita Ann Higginbotham. He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Granger (Chad) of Carencro and Shelley Murphy (Jason) of Gulfport, MS; his grandchildren, Kaylin Granger, Jacie Murphy, Katie Granger and Peyton Murphy; his great grandchild Dax Coles; his sisters, Barbara Falcon (Alvin) of Rayne, Beth Dupuis (Aaron) of Carencro and Debra Burke (Lynn) of Abbeville; and his goddaughter Sonya Nugent (Kevin).
