She is survived by: her children, Anita Anglin (John), Phillip O'Quinn, Rachelle Romero (Rickey) and Angela O'Quinn-Sinegal (Jonathan); her grandchildren, Jessica, Justin, Desiree, Sierra, Misty, Steven, Christopher, Ryan, Brittany and Jordan; her sister Rachael Martin; and her caregivers, Angela, Rachelle, Jonathan and Ricky. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
