It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lula Mae Angelle of Carencro, Louisiana, born in Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Harmand Angelle; her parents, Aristille J. Legere and Marie P. Blanchard; her children, Christopher Angelle and Hazel Angelle; and her siblings, Theodore Legere, Aristille Legere, Jr., Jessie Legere, Martha Foil, Verlie Lormand, Azalie Meyers and Theoland Castille.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lewis Legere of Carencro, Larry Legere (Bonnie) of Sunset and Barbara Melancon of Carencro; and her grandchildren, Jandi A. Viator, Julia, Emma, Leigha and Howard. She is also survived by three great nieces and one great nephew.
