He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Rowell and Josephine Woodliff Rowell; and his sister Thelma Jean Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Rowell; his children, Michael Rowell (Sandy) and Carolyn Goebel (Kyle); his sister Sheryl Elizabeth Townsend; and his grandchildren, Isaac Rowell, Aubrey Rowell, Jordan Bouillion and Conner Bouillion.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (4117 N University Ave, Carencro, LA 70520). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
