He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" David; his children, Christopher "Chris" Michael David and Brandi David Patin (Guy); his grandchildren, Jacque Patin (Alli Kidder), Taylor Patin and Tylor Patin (Brandon Barrett); and his brother-in-law Dallas Turner. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
