She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Roger; her parents, Willie Venable and Amanthe Faul; and her siblings, Elton Venable, David Venable, Rene Venable, Preston Venable, Willie Venable, Jr., Alton Venable, Adeline Meche, Evelyn Castille, Lena Gary and Hilda Leger.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Roger Granger (Kenneth), Phillip Martin Roger (Tracy) and Bailey of Carencro; her grandchildren, Tiffani Granger Kimball (Stephen), Christian Baudoin, Addyson Roger and Destini Theriot; her great grandchildren, Olivia Kimball, Harper Kimball and Hewitt Kimball; and her sister Theresa Hebert of Youngsville.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (4117 N University Ave, Carencro, LA 70520). A rosary was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Peter Roman Catholic Church (102 N Church St, Carencro, LA 70520).
