With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanette Z. Holtzapple of Carencro, Louisiana, who passed away on October 15, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Holtzapple; her children, Blaine Holtzapple, Cynthia "Tweety" Comeaux and Karen Clavelle; her grandchildren, Scotty Comeaux and Daphne Duhon; her parents, Nicholas Zaunbrecher and Josephine Frey; and her siblings, Lawrence Zaunbrecher, Robert Zaunbrecher, Louis Zaunbrecher, Butch Zaunbrecher, Helen Thevis, Tillie Leonards and Laura Bellard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Richey (Rocky), Cheryl Duhon (Dan) of Carencro and Joan Breaux (John) of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Chris Richey, Wade Richey, Sarah Smith, Kevin Comeaux, Lance Comeaux, Rikki Caskey, Coby Clavelle, Josie Holt and Lucy Holtzapple; her siblings, Stanley Zaunbrecher of Mowata, Rodney Zaunbrecher of Holmwood, Teenie Fruge of Eunice, Margaret Regan of Egan, JoAnn Meyer of Rayne and Edna Mae Leger (Mike) of Holmwood; and her sister-in-law Claudette Zaunbrecher. She is also survived by great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
