She is survived by: her husband Derek Cormier of Judice; her daughters, Ava Grace "Ava G" Rollins and Haizley Pearl Cormier; her parents, Sandra Arcement of Judice and David Montet (Glenda) of Lafayette; her siblings, Gerald "Lil G" Thomas (Abby) of Judice, Jerry Thomas of Judice, Jamie Thomas of Judice and Chassidy Forestier (Bobby) of Mire; her stepsiblings, Shawn Gennuso and Kristi Carrier; her sister-in-law Ashlind Chouest (Robert) of Houma; her grandparents, Curtis and Loretta Montet; her godparents, Mike Romero and Charlotte Romero; her godchildren, Braxton Forestier and Justice Gonzales; her nieces and nephews, Halie (Bryce), Harlie (Chance), Braydon (Jordyn), Brylee, Blake, Jr., Brynn, Abby, Lucy, Rylie, Ayden, Kason and Brayleigh; and also Trent Rollins (Ashley). She is also survived by aunt, uncles, cousins, & friends.
