He is survived by: his wife Gloria Ann Hebert Forestier of Carencro; his daughters, Debbie F. Miller of Carencro, Donna Lisa Forestier of Lafayette, Roxanne F. Stepanek (Dennis "Doc") of Lafayette and Cheryl F. Baudoin (Darrin) of Frisco, TX; his grandchildren, Cassie E. Hebert (Travis), Courtney Rene Miller, Grayson Stepanek and Brayden Baudoin; and his great grandchild Myriam Hebert.
