She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Evans Noel; her parents, John Berchman Ivy and Ematilda Robin; her children, John Noel, Ruby Reviere and Melinda Courville; and her brothers, Luch Ivy, Clarence Ivy and Benjamen Ivy.

She is survived by: her children, Ivy James Noel of Scott, Joyce Martinez of Biloxi, MS and Cathy Noel Leger (Leeward) of Carencro. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; thirty five great-grandchildren; and fifteen great-great-grandchildren.
