She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenice Mercier and Helen Babineaux; her grandson Michael Lenice Briscoe; and her sister Mary Elise Angelle. She is survived by: her children, John Sebille of Scott, Curtis Sebille (Pamela) of Carencro, Delphine Balogun Bangura (Prince) of Houston, Elaine Briscoe of Lafayette and Elsie Arceneaux (James "Jimmy") of Carencro; her caregiver Rae Danya "Taneca" Briscoe of Carencro; her sisters, Emma Morton of Houston and Erlene Thomas (Leland) of Opelousas; and her friend Ann Alex (Gregory). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; thirty-four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
